Cute little cabin perfect for a weekend away. We went for a girls trip and it was a nice place to stay for 3. Cabin could have been cleaner, toilet was dirty, cob webs in the bathroom. but it wasn’t awful. Feel like it could use a deep clean though for sure.
This is a cute little lake cottage. Only used it for sleeping and showering so I cannot comment on the lake access. Bed linens and towels were clean and the whole cottage smelled dry and clean. We were anticipating that it would feel musty or damp due to the proximity to the lake but that was not the case at all. It seems that we might have been the first renters in several weeks as there was a significant amount of spider webs inside the cottage. This cottage is surrounded by trees so we expected to see some extra “house guests” during our stay, but not this many. However, a quick vacuuming and dusting took care of it so there were no issues. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.
We had a great weekend here at the cabin. She keeps it super clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. My only complaint, is that the advertisement for the cabin is misleading in regard to the cabin being on the lake. It’s across the street. I would not have paid the price I paid being that it’s not. It’s only public lake access with no access to the docks that are posted in the photos. The wording used, along with photos of the boat docks, implied there was access to the lake from the Cabin. - like listed in her information folder once you get inside the cabin it should also be listed in her cabin advertisement that it’s public lake access only, but that you can view the lake across the street, and that the docks shown do not belong to the cabin property and asks they not be used. There was also no direction to even get to the docks shown in the posted photos. Overall though it gave us the quiet weekend to ourselves that we were looking for with lots of amenities such as Wi-Fi, hot water, cooking /grilling supplies / coffee pots…etc. She thought of everything. So, If you’re looking for a quiet get away in a comfy cabin, this is the place to go to.
Thanks for your hospitality at a well kept cabin.

Homeowner's Response: "Hi Jessica, thank you for your kind words and for choosing our cabin for your weekend getaway. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. Regarding the lake access, we appreciate your feedback and will review the listing to ensure there's no confusion about the location. While the listing does indicate lake access and not direct lakefront, the photos also show the cabin is across the street from the lake. We wish you had reached out with any questions during your stay or if you needed directions to nearby amenities. Thank you again for your thoughtful review, and we're glad you had a relaxing weekend."
