Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the parking challenges and the pool inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the parking, we email all guests an off-site parking list to provide additional options if the driveway is full. We also advise guests in the check-in email and again via text on the day of check-in that the neighborhood HOA is strict and will tow vehicles immediately, if given a reason. This is completely out of our control which is why we try very hard to give all of our guests a heads up about the HOA rules before arrival. We regret that your golf cart was towed despite these notices. Regarding the pool, we sincerely apologize that the heater was not working during your stay. We understand this is very disappointing, but we fixed the heater as soon as the technician was available to do so. The pool heat fee was refunded because the heater was not functioning during your stay. While we regret that you chose not to use the pool due to the heater being down, the pool itself remained open and functional for your entire stay, so no additional refund was issued. Thank you for your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
