Great place

We were up to Bethel to ski Sunday River. This house was great and the fact that it had a fenced in backyard for our dog was perfect. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple softer lighting options (like a standing lamp) in the living room. The overhead lights were a bit bright.

There for a wedding

The only complaint was the weather. My poor niece planned an outdoor wedding but it poured all weekend. However, the house was great for our family. It was clean and large enough to accommodate all of use We had a bit of trouble with the door because of the rain swelling the wood but we reached and he immediately helped us get in. Also, we communicated before we stayed in Bethel and were well taken care of.
