House was new as advertised - including bathrooms with fixtures lacking, minimal decorating, etc. Location was great, and the layout of the home made the visit flow nicely. Kitchen had the required amenities and there was plenty of parking.

Beautiful place with starry sky views

Lovely home with beautiful floors and windows. Heated bathroom floors were a lovely surprise to discover! Great location an easy walk to the beach or restaurants/shops. Discovered the first night that we had dark skies and could see the Milky Way from the deck. The stars were incredible. Another surprise was to discover the Big Dipper framed perfectly in the upper window in the bedroom, visible from bed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Many thanks to the owners / management company for excellent communications before the trip, including accommodating some last minute changes due to a family funeral.

Gorgeous gem

Incredibly clean, new build with a beautiful view. Great beds, showers, toys for kids. 10 minute walk to town, beach (down the hill). Fresh foods grocery 3 min drive. Nice induction stove w/ 2 pans although the gas grill was not functional. Our arrival was pushed back 2 hours by management co. due to cleaning issues.

Family Beach Time

This place was fantastic!! Gorgeous home with wonderful access to town, beach, and state park. We enjoyed it very much! It appears to be a new build and rental, google maps directs to a slightly different place. This would be helpful to update, especially when trying to find for the first time in the dark. A photograph and more detail of the location key box in the welcome email would also be of help. Being new, a few additions would be useful: bathmats, towel bars in bathrooms, a drying rack, a tea kettle, iron and ironing board. Also most of the pots and pans were not compatible with the induction stove top. We felt very fortunate for the opportunity to stay, would love to return to this magnificent place!
