Ideally located, it’s just a 10-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest shopping centre and only a 10-minute drive to Hobart Airport, the CBD, and Salamanca. With fully ducted heating and cooling throughout, Banksia Villa offers stylish year-round comfort—perfect for couples, families, and business travellers alike.



The Space:

This thoughtfully designed villa offers space, privacy, and comfort throughout.



The main bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes, ensuite, and Smart TV. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and built-in robe. All linen is professionally laundered through our linen service, ensuring a crisp, hotel-quality sleep. Double glazing throughout provides a peaceful and quiet night.



The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, dishwasher, and microwave—perfect if you feel like cooking, though excellent restaurants are close by. The open living area is calm and inviting, designed for effortless relaxation.



A private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating is ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring. The laundry includes a washer and dryer. Families are well catered for with a porta-cot, highchair, toys, and games.



Parking is easy with a single remote-access garage plus a second space near the front door.

Travelling with a group? We have multiple nearby properties, including The Residence, The Retreat, and The Villa, allowing accommodation for up to 40 guests across the site and adjacent homes—perfect for families, friends, or group travel.

The Neighborhood:

Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway and Nandos and there’s also a Village Cinema. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right around the corner if you need it. Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..



Getting Around:

To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.

Taxi: If you need a taxi the telephone number is 131 008.

Uber is available in Hobart.

Hobart City Ferry leaves regularly from Bellerive Quay 10 minute walkk away.
