This property accommodates one dog (under 25 pounds, housebroken) with a non-refundable pet fee of $110. Approval is required for pets exceeding this limit.



Please note there is a 30-day minimum booking requirement per the HOA, along with an HOA application and background check, both mandatory. An application fee of $150 is payable directly to the HOA when submitting your online application.

HOUSE RULES:



Please review each rule carefully to avoid any deductions from your security deposit or additional charges to your credit card upon check-out. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.



Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.

Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.

Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.
