Located in quiet Riverbay directly on the river; kayak to Jackknife Beach
Located in quiet Riverbay neighborhood. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps 10. Plenty of room to spread out with a living room, and a family room and entertainment downstairs. The main floor has a king bedroom, queen and 2 twins with 2 full baths. Upstairs there is a queen bed and 2 twins with a full bath. Slimline units are in each of these bedrooms. The finished basement has a full entertainment center for the kids to enjoy and watch tv. Enjoy the outdoor space with the large expansive deck. Tenants can access the river via the conservation commission path offered where you can put the kayaks in and go to Pleasant Bay. Shower in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Dog friendly too! 1 dog allowed. Ask your agent for details-$150 fee will apply. Welcome bag included-reusable tote with paper and cleaning products compliments of the owner.
