The dining area overlooks the lawns and water, with sliding doors providing easy access to the deck where you can watch the sunset while enjoying the panoramic canal view.

Laundry amenities and a BBQ are also provided. The yard is fully fenced, making it a safe space for children to play.

Guest Access:
A brand new public boat ramp and car park is located only 150 m from the property. So you are welcome to bring your own watercraft and enjoy the safety of the Wellington Marina or adventure into the River Murray for water skiing, sailing, jet ski or boating.

This is the ideal base to explore the Coorong, Lower Lakes and the River Murray and is 10 minutes from The Bend Motorsport Park at Tailem Bend.

The property has parking for several cars with the option of parking larger trailers on a vacant, fully fenced block close by, which makes it ideal for race teams attending events at The Bend Motorsport Park.
