'Esprit' offers modern, spacious accommodation for large family groups. The home has plenty of room for the whole family, sleeping up to 11 people, with four bedrooms, two living areas (with sofa bed in the second lounge), outdoor entertaining, and room for cars and boats/trailers (including a double garage with secure roller door access). The property is fully fenced for the safety of children.

Guests are invited to enjoy the private community river reserve where you can kayak, picnic, or launch your boat. And if you like to holiday with friends, ‘Esprit’s’ sister house, 'Serenity', is located across the street, and also sleeps up to 11 people.

The Neighborhood:
‘Esprit’ is the perfect river getaway, at any time of the year. Located adjacent to a quiet part of the river, guests can enjoy the private community reserve, and river beyond, yet the convenience of all amenities is just a few minutes’ drive away in Tailem Bend or Murray Bridge.

The reserve is located just a two minute walk from the house and is never too crowded, so there is plenty of room to spread out for the day.

This property enjoys easy and quick access to the South Eastern Freeway and Princes Highway. Local attractions include The Bend Motorsport Park (approximately 15 minutes), and the iconic Monarto Zoo (25 minutes). Nearby wine regions include Langhorne Creek (40 minutes), the Adelaide Hills (40 minutes) and the Barossa (1 hour).

If you love to explore in your car, the stunning Coorong is just half an hour from Tailem Bend. Check out the beaches, lagoons, river and lakes in the truly magical Storm Boy country.

And, one of our favourite things to do if you bring your boat is to motor down the river to have lunch at one of the authentic pubs on the water front. We suggest the Riverside at Tailem Bend (only 5 minutes in the boat), the historic Wellington Pub, or the Riverscape cafe/restaurant at Sturt Reserve, Murray Bridge.
