Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located on the waterfront in the Wellington Marina, The Riverbend43 is a perfect location to relax and unwind. A beautiful 5 bedroom layout that comfortably sleeps 20. The house also has 2 spacious living area's under the main roof and a indoor & outdoor Alfresco & outdoor shower. Has everything you could need including free Wi-Fi, Netflix and Disney+ and is located less than 10 minutes from the Bend Motorsport Park. Bring the boat and get amongst all the amazing things you can do on the beautiful river Murray with the boat ramp only 500m away on George Mason Street.
If Motorsports are what you into the newly developed Bend Motorsport Park is only a 10-minute drive away with lots to see and do. The motorsport lobby which has some 1 of a kind race cars to view or Watch some Racing or even get amongst it and do some hot laps in over 5 different race cars. There's also go- karts at the same venue that really gets the kids involved be sure to book in advance. Or if extreme adrenaline is what you're after the famous SA skydiving at Langhorne Creek is only 29 mins away. Or to wind down you could enjoy some of the beautiful local winery's around the area or a nice stroll through the botanical gardens. To top it all off have an amazing meal at the oldest running South Australian pub the Wellington Hotel. All in all, we are sure you all will enjoy your stay at the Riverbend43

The location of the property was fantastic, and the free use of the kayaks and stand up paddle boards was amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives - especially for the price paid for the stay. On arrival, we found the dishes and cutlery to be covered in old food. The fridge was greasy, and the pantry shelves needed a wipe over before we could put our food in. There were lolly and snack wrappers throughout the house, in the drawers, cupboards and on the floor of the alfresco area. One of the knobs on the outdoor oven was missing, so we were unable to use it. There was no coffee maker as listed in the amenities of the property (also shown in the photos). The only childrens game provided was an old Jenga set, and we ran out of toilet paper day 3. We also never received check in details and but I suspect that is the fault of this booking site, not the host.Overall it was a disappointing stay, despite the brilliant location.
