The Boat Shed - Tailem Bend

Situated on a quite stretch of the Murray River on the edge of the township of Tailem Bend, this 2010-built holiday rental includes absolute river frontage and is ideal for couples, families and watersport enthusiasts.

Step out the front door onto the huge lawned area by the water's edge where you can park your cars & boat trailer with plenty of room for the kids to kick the footy or play in the water on your private sandy beach.

Launch the boat from the on-site ramp and tie-up at your private jetty where you can drop in a line or just sit back and take in the beautiful sunsets.

The location is truly amazing. The place very clean and tidy. We have been staying at this place for 5 years in a row and will coming back for as long as it is still available.I would definitely recommend staying here.I would give more stars if it was possible.

Great accommodation, amazing location.

A fantastic escape.

It was a trip down memory lane as l haven't enjoyed a short holiday on the Murray as much as this one for a long time. The bird life is amazing. Will be back.

BoatShed

A neat, clean and friendly property. While perhaps mostly intended for watersports, the BoatShed was great accommodation for our crew while we raced at The Bend. Easy to find and access - although the steep driveway was a surprise first time down!

Family getaway

Beautiful place for a family holiday. Our grandcild had a ball, fishing by the river ,playing on the large grassy area on the riverbank and watching the firepit roar to life as the sun went down. Haven't felt so relaxed in a long time . Will definately be back but will book a longer stay next time as it just goes too quickly. Thanks for a wonderful break from the real world.

Boat shed weekend

The boatshed is in a lovely location by the river shared by a couple of other properties. Despite the closeness of the houses, each lawned area is lined by trees which provides a feeling of privacy The lawn area right down to the water is so picturesque and I can imagine summers on the lawn and dunking in the river would be next level relaxing! We hope to go back sometime to do just that

Family time

Such a wonderful space for our family to relax and unwind and reconnect. The owners were very accommodating to our needs, and it had everything for our home away from home. Will be booking again for our next family visit.
