Very nice, cozy condo on the third level offers views of the town and harbor from the balcony. In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 roll away mattresses available for the third and fourth occupants. |Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules and Regulations. B42 | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis mid-June through Labor Day with a 3-night minimum. ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
