Property is located on ground floor . First floor has separate access but common drive way to walk . It has one quiet tenant who doesnt park on drive way. You don't have to worry about your noise disturbing them as property is quite sound proof.

Terrible Experience with both property AND Stayz. Never again.

Owner had double booked the property with someone else. Ended up having to spend double the amount to find accommodation at such late notice. Tried to contact Stayz via online chat to discuss and was connected to 4 different operators in the same session - to have noone actually help me, they just kept coming into the chat and then going offline. Ridiculous customer experience. First and last time doing anything with Stayz.
