Located in Mossy Point, you are just a hop skip and jump to go have breakfast at the Mossy Point Cafe just across the road or just around the corner at the Mossy Point Boat Ramp where you will find the Boatshed Cafe where you can grab a coffee and hire kayaks.

Tomanga River and Broulee Beach are close by with surfing, fishing, kayaking and more.

For your local supplies and eateries you have plenty of options within a 5 minute drive with Tomakin offering local IGA, Smoky Dans Cafe, Tomakin Golf Course and Driving range and Tomakin Club.

In Broulee you will also find the local IGA, local shops and the Broulee Brewhouse.

The township of Batemans Bay is approximately a 15 minute drive
