Steps from Big Little Lies Filming location , and less than 30 steps from Lover's Point Beach and the Peninsula's scenic bike path is where you will find this charming and cozy beach house - vaulted open-beam ceilings, wood burning stove, and Honduras mahogany wood floors in the kitchen are just a few of the amenities. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each have queen beds. There are two additional twin beds in the family room. There are two full bathrooms. The beautiful open kitchen, which includes a gas stove, will make anyone feel like a master chef!

This home has ample space to relax by the window seat and read a book or have coffee on the patio in the morning. Cable and WiFi will keep you connected and provide ease in planning your day-to-day trips.

There is off street parking for 2 cars on the cobble stone driveway and oversized single car garage.

The upstairs/downstairs floor plan makes it perfect for families and couples to gather. Upon entering the house on the first level there is a master bedroom with sliding glass doors leading out to a small patio in a fenced in backyard. There is laundry room, as well as, an additional bonus living area with two futons and a flat screen TV. The downstairs suite along with the upstairs having 2 bedrooms, a bath, and great room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and eating area is perfect for 2 families traveling together with kids, allowing each family to have their own space, or a 3 generational family with grandparents, 3 couples traveling together or up to 6 singles.

Lover's Point is one of the few wind protected beaches in the area and is a great swim play beach for children as the cove is protected. Town is just 1-1/2 blocks away to heart of Pacific Grove.

Pacific Grove offers endless activities within walking distance - walk to the beach, walk to the many restaurants and coffee houses, or do some shopping downtown.

We loved the location!! Walked every morning Along the path, enjoyed the downtown area, and walked everywhere!!The home was super clean and the floor plan was ideal for our family. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the central coast. The location is close to the beach, but still away from the tourist traffic. It is centrally located to everything (shops, restaurants, aquarium, beach). The host was very accommodating and helpful. The home has what you need with the historic charm of Pacific Grove.

Nicely appointed house that is within walking distance of the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Lovers Point Beach Park. Our family loved it. We slept comfortably, enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, walked the beach multiple times, played golf nearby and walked to restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We would stay here again in a minute.

The location of this property is excellent as it has a short walk to the trail that runs along the beautiful shoreline. there is a musty smell on the ground floor and the garage is only big enough for two cars if they are both compacts, and the drive is too short to park a medium size vehicle.

Overall nice stay. the house is in an amazing location. It is a bit dated and I feel needs updating but is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and when I texted the response was not great.

This was the perfect house and location for us. Beach and ocean at the end of the block and Restaurants 2 blocks and walkable. Great Location

Spacious and comfortable home at a great location! Easy to get to restaurants and activities from Monterey to Carmel. Having garage access was great for parking. Owner communicates timely with us. He graciously worked to accommodate our last minute request. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes, but wished there were screens on the windows. There was no DVD player as advertised; thankfully, we were able to hook up our portable player to their TV. We would rent from this home again.

Lovely stay at Lovers' Point

The property is a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable, with large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location is fabulous, close to good restaurants, walks along the shore, biking or long walking to lots of Monterey. We had the good fortune to spend an hour or so watching whales jumping in the distance from the point one evening - that was one magical moment in a lovely week. Family did two days at the aquarium, one day at the beach, and one day of whale watching, plus we did some hiking further down the coast. On our departure, property managers were very helpful in reporting a forgotten portable extra laptop screen in a timely fashion, and helped us get it back while the cleaning crew was still there.

Good location and decent house

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties. Few odd things about this one were that (a) even though the house had four bedrooms and sleeping capacity for 8, there was a charge for each guest over 4 per night. Just be careful when your rent. (b) the check-in process was difficult with the need to meet a property manager when you check in. This was a pain for us as we were traveling from another city and our timing was just not firm so we were texting all afternoon. Kitchen was not stocked well with cooking equipment if you plan to cook there. All that said, the location was good, the house was fairly clean.

Once you arrive at Lovers Point Vacation Home park your car and throw away the keys! Just 30 steps to the beach and only a few blocks away from great restaurants, coffee houses and shops. We have found that a nightly rate based on group size is the most fair and affordable way to set our rates. This allows smaller groups to pay a price reflective of their group size rather than forcing them to pay a higher price in line with a much larger group. Pricing is noted on the website and broken down on each quote before money is exchanged. After each of our guests depart, our home is professionally cleaned. We try to meet our guests at check-in to ensure they are comfortable with house operations, answer questions, offer restaurant suggestions etc. The kitchen is equipped for larger gatherings as well as small. At Lovers Point Vacation Home we love hearing about the wonderful experiences and are happy to play a small part in the memories made. An overwhelming majority of our guests come back time and time again, recommend us to friends and wish they could extend their stay. Perfect beach house less than a block from the ocean

We recently spent the New Year's holiday in this wonderful home. We were an extended family of 7 traveling together (4 adults, 3 kids) and the house fit us perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped (although could use a tea kettle) and the family room with wood burning stove was comfortable and cozy during the cool, rainy weather we experienced. Differing from the photos posted, there is a new, beautiful large dining table with bench seating that we used for family dinners and playing board games (which were provided at the house). All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance are many shops and restaurants, as well as the gorgeous Lover's Point park and the walking trail along the coast. From the trail, on which we walked to the Monterrey Aquarium, we saw otters, seals, and even whales breaching!! Just spectacular. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Monterrey area.

Fabulous location

Loved how close this was to the beach area. Beds were super comfy and kitchen well equipped. Since we only had one car, the garage worked great for us as the street is always pretty full and super narrow! Liked the keyless entry which made it easier. So many things to do that are close by that it's hard to choose.

Fell in love with Lover's Point

Just steps from Lover's Point, Pacific Grove. Probably one of the most picturesque spots in the area with a protected swim beach, coffee, food, rentals, and a short, cliffside walk Into a Monterey Aquarium and Cannery Row. There's even a quick stop on the way to see the harbor seals. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, updated, spacious and perfectly appointed. Plenty of towels for the home and beach. All the beds have memory foam mattresses and high-quality linens. Best night sleep I've had in a while. The kitchen is perfect for preparing any level of cuisine including a gas grill which was immaculate and ready to use. The dining area is very comfortable and spacious. There is a cozy living room on the second floor, and another cozy sitting area on the first floor which were wonderful for relaxing in the evening.The hosts, Larry and Megan have equiped the house with everything you could possibly need. Communication was plentiful and check in and check out were effortless. Overall, the home and location enhanced the fun, relaxation and connections we had on our visit. We would eagerly rent this property again for a return visit to Pacific Grove.. Thanks again Larry and Megan.

Location location location

Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It had great amenities for the kitchen and bathroom. Pacific Grove Beach was a small walk and had great adventures for everyone. Highly recommend renting this gem.
