This stunning home has been skilfully designed to take advantage of the views over Putiki Bay and is nestled gently into the native surroundings and open meadows that encircle the house. Watersmeet is for a family group, to share their holiday in comfort and privacy.
From this stylish double height and beautifully crafted kitchen to the expansive dining area you are lead through to a snug and comfortable lounge space which is cozy and inviting - the feeling is casual and calm. The two Queen bedrooms lead off from the lounge area.
From the dining area, French doors take you out onto large sun drenched deck with lovely water views and follow the steps down to the terrace with outdoor dining and covered BBQ area with spacious lawn that leads to the waters edge.
The driveway is mainly concreted - but become gravel at the bottom.
