I had a fantastic time in Westbrook. The house was in great shape and very comfortable, right next to the town beach. I loved watching the ocean in the morning from the kitchen while drinking my tea. There are many things to do in the area- visit Essex to shop, catch a show at the Goodspeed, spend some time at the Griswold museum, but nothing beats relaxing on the beach. Even at its busiest, there was always space for us on the beach. Be careful about parking restrictions if you have guests, there is no on street parking so the 3 spots at the house are pretty much it, unless people pay for the day at the beach lot next door. The house is very well set up, and it is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. I hated to come back!

My family came for a stay off-season during the holidays. It was in a great central location and we loved waking up to views of the water and walks in the quiet neighborhood near the beach. The house and bedrooms were comfortable- we appreciated having a 2nd bathroom. The kitchen amenities were basic compared to what we’ve experienced in other rentals.

Perfect location

We had a great time while visiting CT for a wedding. We were able to check in early which was extremely helpful, as our flight was an early one. House was clean and very cozy. We had everything we needed and had plenty of space. Everyone raved about the water pressure in the shower!! Extras were provided (some snacks, waters, etc) which was a nice touch! Location was right on the water. Had a great time and would definitely return!
