Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Please note there is a security camera recording located at the Front door. This property has a doorbell camera and another one at the Garage facing the driveway.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please Note: Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
