Beautiful home in NW Cape Coral with incredible views of the freshwater lake. Cozy and comfortable, this vacation home features everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, solar heated pool home with huge deck space.

The master bedroom features a king bed. streaming TV and has access to the lanai area. The En suite bath has both a walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. On the other side of the home are the 2 guest bedrooms, both feature queen beds and share a guest bath with tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features breakfast bar seating to enjoy your morning coffee and dinette seating for 4. Enjoy the streaming TV in the main living room while sitting back to relax on the reclining sofa. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. The formal dining room and sitting rooms give this home extra space for guests to enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Step outside to experience the heart of this home, the outside lanai area which showcases the tranquil solar heated pool, large deck space and the expansive lake views. You may even catch a glimpse of the turtles that love to swim in the lake! This magnificent vacation home is ready to complete your relaxing Florida vacation!

POOL IS SOLAR HEATED; it is heated by the sun and not by an electric heater.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Great stay

Great house, great location. The dogs next door are loud, if you don’t like dogs that would be a problem (the dogs owner/neighbor is real nice and tries to keep them from barking). Couldn’t adjust thermostat in house, was set at 76. Pool was nice and warm. It had a Great Lake view with the dock. Would definitely stay again

Winter Get away Villa LVL

The property offered a lot of space and would be great for a large family. It has plenty of cookware and a few things in the kitchen that was helpful. (foil, salt and pepper) It was a bit outdated as far as decor. Some dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty upon arrival. The carpet was dirty. The entire house could use a deep cleaning to freshen it up. The next door neighbor has two dogs that barked a lot in the mornings and anytime that we were out on the patio if they were out. Traffic was heavy on most days especially traveling to the beach and local restaurants.
