The house is located in a prime location in the NW of Cape Coral, offering a wide range of activities such as golfing, sightseeing adventures, dining experiences, boating excursions, etc.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a TV with streaming as well as direct access to the pool area. The master bath features a shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom has access to the pool and can be used as a pool bathroom.

Villa Dolphin Sight requires an energy payment of $0.22 per kWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
