The Space:
Welcome to our charming and comfortable townhome in Palmara Residencial, on the quieter side of Playa, about 5 miles south of the center of town, in a neighborhood that is perfect for families or some friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
As you enter the house, you'll find a spacious living room where you can unwind and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The living room is tastefully decorated with cozy furniture and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. And you'll also find a dining area with a dining table where you can enjoy your meals together.
The home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own simple charm. All the bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms with stand-in showers and stylish new features and fixtures. The primary bedroom is spacious, with a plush king-sized bed, and the other two bedrooms feature comfy double beds.
In addition to the bedrooms and living room, the house also offers a patio where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

Guest Access:
It's a self-check-in property with a code. You’ll have exclusive access to the townhome and shared access to the communal pool and lounge area, gym, paddle court and neighborhood grounds.

Please note that all guests accessing PALMARA are required to show their ID at the security checkpoint.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
The cost of electricity is included in the nightly rate of up to 50 KW per day. If you go over the daily allotment, consumption is charged at 3.50 pesos per KW. For long-term stays, electricity is not included. You just pay for your electricity used.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more), there is a fee of $60 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
The maximum speed limit within the residential area is 20 km/h. A fine will be imposed for exceeding this speed.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
