Great quiet location, we would recommend this place for someone looking for a quiet stay, but close enough to all of the fun activities like lake George, and other surrounding towns . Great experience, and very clean and newly renovated . The owner Wayne was right on the ball with info and answering any questions needed .

My family of 7 stayed here for over a week to attend a conference at the Queensbury hotel. Our host Wayne was communicative right from the start to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house was clean, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked with basic supplies. I would definitely consider staying here once again if we happened to be in the area. My thanks to the owner!

Just realized I hadn't rated my stay other then to Wayne direct. I stayed there was enjoyable it was convenient location to everything we needed to see and do in that area or neighboring areas. The owner Wayne was very good at responding to us when needed and you could tell that he had been remodeling the house trying to get it more updated and looking good. Overall for the price in the area it was a good stay.

This 1st floor rental is a gem! It's a cozy and clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It has great amenities (large flat screen TV, microwave, outside propane grill, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, silverware/grilling utensils, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toiletries). We had 5 adults in our group. The space was just enough. Any more people would have made it too crowded for us. The owner (Wayne) was very responsive to our inquiries. Providing we have 4 to 5 folks travelling in our group, we would stay here again.

This first floor of a house - with access to a nice back yard with fire pit - was in a perfect location for our family as we came into Glens Falls for a broader family event. The place was simply but comfortably furnished.The only things to be aware of are: 1) there are about 4 steps that need to be climbed to access the ground floor (in case you have mobility challenges); and 2) the queen sized beds in two of the bedrooms are pushed against the wall, so you may need to be a bit cooperative when entering and exiting bed.Overall, a great place to stay!(The lesser rating on the contact with the host was due to the fact that my email asking about potentially renting the upper unit for additional family members was not replied to until the week before our stay -- and even then, he did not get back to me with the rate when he said that it was most likely available.)

Unsatisfactory Experience

One key to the property. Totally handicapped the entire planning of my family. Owner was radio-silent as to any possible soltion (e.g. providing second key). Cannot possibly convey my level of dissatisfaction. I should receive refund. What role does Evolve play? Where was the owner? Why the lack of meaningful communication? Pathetic. I need a refund.

From the owner:-We communicated with you via phone, text, and email before and during your stay to address any concerns.-To accommodate your preference for a physical key-which is not typically what we have- a lockbox with a code was provided, containing a key that opens both doors of the home.-We clarified that the key in the lockbox could be used by any member of your party at any time by leaving it in the lockbox after use.-Upon your arrival, you mentioned to us that you found the house beautiful and clean and that you and your guests were happy with the accommodations. We are genuinely perplexed by your review; it is noted.
