Welcome to your home away from home!
Put your feet up and enjoy this PRIVATE, SELF-CONTAINED lower level suite, all to yourself, and your family!
We have no doubt that you'll love the space!
** This suite is LICENSED for short term rentals, with the City of Calgary (Licence# BL233825), and can be forwarded upon request **
The space
The space was FULLY RENOVATED in 2016, and FEATURES:
-Your own private entry for anytime access.
-Full sized kitchen, complete with all appliances
-Washer/dryer in-suite
-Your own (separate) thermostat, for maximum comfort day and night
-Wi-Fi access to high speed internet (75Mbps download/15 Mbps upload)
-Cable TV (provided by TELUS) which includes over 125 channels and commercial free music.
PARKING for one vehicle in the attached garage is available at an additional cost. Alternatively, there's lots of street parking available along the street.
Guest access
Access to the building is via keyless entry, and 2 keys will be provided for access to the suite itself.
Keys & code to be provided prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
We have an 20 month old infant, although well behaved he does cry from time-to-time if he hurts himself, is hungry, or needs attention.
For the most part the household is generally quiet, as my son attends day care from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm, and goes to bed at approx. 8pm sleeping peacefully throughout the night until its time to wake up, at approx. 7am.
In addition, the main floor sleeping areas and lower level sleeping areas, are located on opposite ends of the house.
