A perfect stay in any season, Sage Cottage invites you to relax, unwind and revive in a space that is all yours. Enjoy the beautifully renovated interior with an abundance of natural light and garden views from every window. Sip your morning cuppa as you take in uninterrupted views across farmland to the beautiful Morton National Park. Relax on the back deck in the sanctuary of a large private garden, and in the warmer months enjoy the shade of a magnificent oak tree.

In the colder months, snuggle up in front of a cosy gas fire and enjoy watching your favourite shows on our brand new smart TV, play board games or simply sink into a book on the comfy couch. Free wi-fi is a bonus too!

Our kitchen offers a pod coffee machine or a classic French press, a gas cooktop and microwave/convection oven or you can fire up the BBQ on the back deck.

If you feel like venturing out, it’s a 10 minute stroll into iconic Bundanoon where you’ll find great local eateries, shops, a train station and the historic Bundanoon Hotel. A short drive will take you into the stunning Morton National Park where you can have a relaxed stroll or an epic adventure.
After the sun goes down, make sure you take time to experience the breath-taking night sky.

An easy escape for couples or families from Sydney or Canberra. Your well behaved doggo is welcome too and will be secure in the fully fenced backyard. Sage cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful break in the gorgeous Southern Highlands.

Perfect for us. Two couples in the area for a concert. House so cute, beds comfy and great hot showers. Breakfast cook up in the kitchen and gorgeous back yard to enjoy it in. Thank you!

Escape to Bundanoon

Sage cottage provided a wonderful weekend getaway for rest and relaxation. A perfect location from which to explore lovely Bundanoon and other villages in the southern highlands. The cottage didn’t disappoint. Well equipped with everything needed for your stay. Will definitely try to return to see the night sky again.

Perfect place to relax

Sage Cottage was a beautiful little find and exceeded our expectations. The cottage is lovingly decorated, very comfortable with gorgeous views and the well taken care of backyard is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Bundanoon area.

Lovely cosy cottage

Comfy, cosy cottage with a gorgeous view from the lounge and front bedroom windows. Our dog felt really welcome and it was lovely sitting out the back with the cottage garden in full bloom. Relaxed atmosphere and comfy beds. Thank you Catherine and Lisa!
