With open plan kitchen, living and dining area which is generously spacious given the size of the home, this provides not only ample space for you and your guests, but ample space for entertaining as well!

From the spacious interior, this property cleverly leads you onto the undercover outdoor entertaining area, equipped with large bench seating and BBQ, allowing you to bring the outside in - even in those Wintery months! Just off the deck is the fully enclosed yard with ample space for kids and pets to play safely.

Offering 2 Bedrooms, each bedroom is spacious with a Queen Bed, built in robes and white venetians for a hint of privacy and lux. These 2 bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom of the home equipped with walk in shower, toilet and spacious corner vanity.

Other features include natural gas heating, electric cooling system, ceiling fans, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, Smart TV, and just a leisurely stroll to town through the Wetlands!

Comfortable home, great location

This was home away from home. We appreciated the well-resourced kitchen and a modern bathroom/kitchen in a lovely older-style property. Wonderful location - right near the walk along the rugged SW coast/sea wall and wetland reserves, and just a short walk to the town's cafes and shops.

Quaint little place, small kitchen, good size secure backyard for our dog, very clean inside but did find that the colour of floor boards had to be swept all the time, spent some time when we first arrived having to pick up other tenants dog poo, great area for walks, thank you for a great stay

Comfortable Clean home

Very happy with Location near beach. Very Comfortable beds and everything was lovely and clean on arrival. Perfect backyard for dogs. (Take your own water) Very happy!

The hot water was about the best thing about this place. There were an awful lot of rules to follow and I’m not quite sure what the property manager did to earn their fee. It was a very basic house in poor repair. The shower frame wasn’t overly clean, there was someone else’s hair on the shower floor, the oven, trays etc were grotty and the couch was very uncomfortable. The floor boards were scratches and the rug very stained. It was just really old and run down - albeit reasonably clean - and the photos led us to believe it was more spacious and nicer. I simply cannot believe it cost us 2000 for a 6 night stay. The drain out the front stank really badly, the toilet roll holder kept tipping so the roll fell off, the toilet was really old and had a stain on the front of the cistern, the front screen door had no auto closer so kept flying out of our hands in the extremely windy conditions every time we opened it. We felt ripped off to be honest, and to get sms reminders to put out the bins the day before we left, then a list of instructions on what to when we actually left felt like we were being hassled and I didn’t appreciate when we were supposed to be on holiday. It was an expensive waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
