Close to downtown hilo nice neighborhood quiet good laundry facilities. Comfortable 2 bedroom full kitchen .

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean & equipped with everything we needed in the bathroom & kitchen. However, the outside was a bit dirty looking. The pool area was not very inviting& It was also very loud being directly on the road. It was nice to have a laundry area on the premises. There were many lovely restaurants in the area (10 min walk). It did take a while for the host to respond to requests.
Checkin was super easy, plenty of communication from Evolve and a direct phone number and email from the owner. Everything was as described or better (had a daybed in addition to a foldout sofa in the living room). Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to downtown Hilo, shops, and the Farmers Market.
This property was very clean and easy to use. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom as well as sheets and pillows for the beds. They had very good air conditioners to cool the house as well as fans. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.
When we arrive there were people milling around the parking lot. The unit to the right and underneath of us was being rehabbed. Construction material outside. Deck next to use had crime tape to restrict access. Window glass missing next to door. Seem like someone was living here and just left. We booked for two nights. Did not even bother with the second and stayed only 6 hours the first night.. Did not feel safe Trying to get refund. Do not stay here.!!!!

Our property is part of a residential complex where the association occasionally conducts maintenance or renovations on neighboring units, which is typical for buildings of this age. These activities are temporary and managed by the association. At no time was the property unsafe, and we did not receive any communication regarding safety concerns or requests for assistance. Had we known, we would have been happy to address any questions immediately. Most guests have enjoyed their stays, as reflected in our consistently positive reviews. We remain committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all visitors.
