A quiet, spacious and well-appointed unit, conveniently located. An easy walk from many sites, restaurants, etc. as well as good proximity to multiple bus routes. Extras such as laundry facilities and heated bathroom floors were much appreciated!

Perfect for our 2 day "jet lag rest"! The condo had everything we needed, and it was very walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery. Karen was very responsive to us. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was in a great location. Once parked, it was easy to walk throughout town. Beds were extra firm, so a little hard for my liking. Host was very responsive.

We have stayed in this apartment before and is perfect for our work in the city.Great location, and always nice and clean.Only negative this time was Body Wash hadn’t been refilled in one of the bathrooms.

A perfect central Christchurch apartment

Wow What a fantastic place to stay at Part of an award winning group of apartments, it is gorgeous, beautifully presented, has everything you need, is only 5 mins to Regent St, a wonderful street full of eateries and 10 mins to Christchurch centre Great communication from owner 10 out of 10 property Definitely will stay here again Thank you

Best Location...stop looking this is the spot to stay in Christchurch

We traveled throughout NZ and Australia this trip and this was our favorite stay. Location was central and walkable to almost everything. Perfect layout for two couples. Very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this rental, we commented that we will be back. They even left us some Easter eggs as we were there on Easter Sunday-very sweet. Easy communication, check in and parking.

The apartment was lovely-cosy, clean & very central for easy scenic walking to all attractions.Check in was a bit rocky-2 addresses were supplied on check in details & the 2nd address (which was connected to actualInstructions) was incorrect so we arrived at a different property & had 2hrs of delay in communication to be assisted so we worked it out ourselves. As suggested, WhatsApp communication is far smoother as instant & immediate in response time-this was the only hitch (& were told it will be reviewed) otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend

Thanks for your feedback Catherine. There are actually 2 x addresses. There is access from one street if you are entering by foot and access from another address if you are entering by car. This offers flexibility if you are being dropped off at the property. So pleased to hear you enjoyed the apartment once you were inside.
