My family and I stayed here for a few days. The place was clean and comfy! We were close enough to town to get things we might need but also far enough for privacy. We'd stay here again.
Met the hosts right away and they were so accommodating. Great interaction with the owners from the start. Awesome place and will absolutely book this venue again when in the area. Thank you both for everything! Fantastic stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this comfy cabin. It was close to many stores and activities but so private and quiet.) The property owners were super friendly and helpful. We will be returning again in the future.

Lack of driveway was really inconvenient and owners were picky about where to park on grass lawn.Hot water is way too high and at a dangerous level.Wi-Fi was extremely weak.Dishes were dirty from previous guests not washing properly.Suggest adding controlled heat and air conditioning Washer and dryer would have been nice

Relaxing
We were only able to stay 2 nights but those two nights were great. Our hosts were really nice. It was much appreciated that they stayed up to great us even though we were late in getting there. It's a great place to kick back and relax. They have a ping pong table and darts in the garage that you could use we did and had a great time. I do have to say my only issue was the stairs to get up to the beds. I'm 63 with leg problems and it was very hard to get up and down the stairs. We will definitely be going back.
This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. Not recommended for anyone with toddlers or senior citizens, who can’t climb a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The skylights added extra brightness to the cabin. We were plenty warm & cozy with the wood-burning stove that our host made sure we had plenty of wood, and laid out our first fire for us, and volunteered to help us the other days if needed. Hosts do live on the property, are attentive, but not intrusive. Wayne and Lynn made sure we knew where everything was in the cabin showed us around and left fresh baked, cinnamon, bread, coffee, and cream and a bottle of wine ready for us in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed;, the bathroom, lots of toiletries, towels, and plenty of hot water. there is no TV in the cabin, which we did not miss, and there is Wi-Fi and games so able to stay plugged in and entertained. Wayne and Lynn are super hosts in our opinion!
