Loved the two bedrooms (four beds), spacious living area, kitchen, and screened in porch. The condo is near the elevator, so this is very convenient. Nearby also to the pool and hot tub. Communication and support from the host was excellent.

Clean & updated. good supply of household items

We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. We had family at the seaside inn, summerhouse, lakeside villa and houses. We all enjoyed the property and made precious memories. The gate and passes could of been made a little easier since we were strung out over the Litchfield resort.

We Will Be Back

Just love this condo! Owners are efficient with replies, cleanliness and comfort of condo are top notch. This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back! We stayed at the same resort when we decided last minute to arrive one night early and the cleanliness of the condo could not compare to this one. We instantly felt better when we walked into this property.

Like visiting home!

Love the location. So much at our fingertips. Indoor, outdoor pools, chairs on beach walk. Easy to grocery stores, restaurants, drug store, hair salon. Everything u would have in ur home is in this condo. Very clean, mgr is right on the ball with answers. Cannot wait to go back!

It was like coming home!

Condo was furnished with anything u needed to have a pleasant stay. Everything was spotless. The rental mgr. is just wonderful & was. Ready to fix any problem we discovered. She is totally dedicated. We enjoy the beach property. The indoor pool & the outdoor pool with Lazy River. Great restaurants close by. Food shopping very close by. Cannot wait to return.

Ok, the weather could have been better but that is on human being fault. I still managed a slight tan. Just so people will know I was away. Very clean room with lots of needed items. Just a comfortable time! Cannot wait to go back.

Great weather!

It is like coming home. We have stayed here about 4 years. Always a pleasure from making arrangements to leaving. Heather is a great person to deal with!!! Now all we have to do is worry about the weather going home. Will we hit snow & ice thru Pa or S.N.Y.??? Glad we are not hitting Buffalo. See u next year!

Very nice report with Heather. Easy doing business with her. Understands my frustration getting onto internet . Virbo does not make it easy! The condo was very clean & attractive. Love staying there. Like being home. Lots to do in area! We have our mobility scooters to get to the beach. Wish there were more rocking chairs there to enjoy. Seems like less from previous visits. Great restaurants, grocery stores & shops. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing property. Lots to do on grounds. Beach, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bike paths, fishing docks. Chairs on ocean walkway. Great restaurants nearby, grocery store across street. Love the condo. Just right for our 2 month stay! Cannot wait to return.

Not only do I love this condo but we love the whole property. Works for us, slightly handicapped couple.easy access to elevator. Near any kind of shopping u are looking for. Restaurants nearby in all price ranges. The total experience. Cannot wait to come back.

Beach Weekend

We had a great time. There was plenty of space & it was the perfect location- we parked the cars fir the entire weekend other than 1 dinner off the premises! . While the condo/building is a bit older, with normal wear & tear that comes with age, the owners have upgraded several things inside and the decor is awesome & the beds are comfy too. Plenty of space for the 6 of us!

Family fun

We had a great time with the property and the kids loved the screened in porch which was nice for safety. the only issue which was not fault of the property owner was that the Pool was closed for surfacing and I guess they open after Easter. Aside from that the property itself and the host were great and accommodating.

Everything u could want to have a great time. Stayed almost a month. Felt like home. Enough room to get away from each other. I know this will sound strange but great toilet flow!!, much to see & do on grounds. Cannot wait to come again!

Family vacation and convention

Traveled for competitive dance competition at the convention center. Easy drive to the convention center each day. Condo was fantastic! The guys had so many things to do at the resort while we were at the convention center. I could not ask for a more perfect place to stay and relax in the evening. The resort had so many things to do for everyone in the family. We can not wait to return!

Great condo in Litchfield by the Sea

We like to be closer to the beach, but this condo has easy access to the board walk and amenities. We loved the lay out and the updates! The stocked necessities made our trips to the store minimal!!
