Fantastic home in the perfect location. Ten minutes from town. More than abundant space for 6 couples. Incredible views, hot tub and cold plunge, private bathrooms with ridiculous showers in every bedroom. Fabulous host with great communication and even better graciousness (prearranged some items before check-in for a 50th birthday weekend). Only great things to say about the property and host, including the bear proof trash shed.

The views were fabulous! It was great having our own bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 7!The house was extremely well stocked with kitchen items and coffee. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We had space to spread out! and we weren’t far from things we wanted to do- Biltmore, downtown, the Arboretum and the the Hop on Hop off trolly (which provides a fun narrative tour).There were several bear sightings too. Overall a great girls trip!

Amazing property, beautiful, spacious and immaculate. Enjoyed a ladies retreat with 7 of us, and had so much fun. Beautiful rooms, each with their own very nice bathroom. Kitchen space and dining was wonderful and had everything we needed. Lots of gathering spaces for relaxing, for fun, for and catching up. Excellent location best downtown Asheville, and a nice drive to Craggy Gardens for a beautiful Mountain View hike. Host - best in class, excellent communication, heart of gold, and very generous to make sure our trip was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do again.

This property was absolutely perfect! We celebrated my mom's 70th here with our family and we loved every minute! The pool table was a hit, the huge dining spaces made it so we could have meals every night and do game nights. The view was absolutely stunning, the hot tub and sauna were also a huge hit! The home itself is extremely spacious, beautiful and everything we could ask for and more!

Full equipped spacious house with exceptional views of Asheville. Check in was seamless and communication with our host was very responsive. Group of 6 women enjoyed the large en-suite bedrooms. Downtown is close as is the Biltmore. Also got to see a large mama bear and 3 cubs!

What an incredible property! It exceeded every expectation and was the perfect house to celebrate a 70th birthday with grandparents, adult children and grandkids. Upon arrival, it was a tough decision what to enjoy first: the large hot tub, game room, kids playroom, sauna, cold plunge or just sit on the deck and take in the view. We did it all! The beds were super comfortable and the baths luxurious. The description and pictures online are accurate but hardly convey how beautiful, warm & welcoming the house is. That’s in large part to host Mary who was a pleasure to work with (very helpful & responsive to every question at all times) and ensured our stay was perfect. We love Asheville restaurants but because of the amazing chef’s kitchen and spacious dining area, we opted for a private chef for the birthday dinner. First time doing that and would do again. We did get out to enjoy our usual activities like hiking, breweries, and downtown shopping but could hardly wait to get back to Cloud Nine each day to relax. Shout out to Mary and Cloud Nine for the best birthday and stay in Asheville ever! P. S. The bear cubs’ entertaining antics in the trees & yard were an unexpected bonus!

This was a great house for our multi generational family gathering. The decor was updated, bathrooms great, kitchen really well equipped, and overall very comfortable for all of us. The views from the deck were really nice as well. The host was easy to communicate with and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again for a future visit-

This house is incredible!! We hosted an 80th birthday party for my mother-in-law there and the house fit 17 people very comfortably. The house is very well appointed, and really spacious. It had everything we needed and more!! Mary was very responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend a stay!

This is a lovely home, beautifully located and well furnished. We had 5 couples and everyone had great bedrooms with attached baths, and well-spaced for privacy. The kitchen was super! We had such an incredible time, and we had perfect weather as well. We had multiple family members who needed to work for a day. There were so many comfortable spaces for them to get away for that. We had twin 4 month olds. Two four year olds and a five year old, perfect space for play! Absolutely amazing kitchen for our fun charcuterie boards and pasta night. If only we could stay forever!!!!

Amazing Experience

We used this property for a company retreat. It had a great combination of personal and group spaces. Everyone loved the views, the wildlife and overall amenities. The place was located close to all out daily excursions. Lastly I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Mary. She is very responsive and loved working with her.

We (16 adult men) had a wonderful time. The house was in immaculate condition and ready to go when we got there. The beds are insanely comfortable and the VIEWS.. beautiful. Highly recommend!
