This spacious home on over an acer lot with to homes offers 18 beds amongst 9 bedrooms! 6 King beds, 5 queens (2 are queen sofa pull out) and 7 fulls. No twins or Bunk beds. All great adult beds. There are 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bath equipped with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels and toilet paper for your convenience. This home is perfect for large groups, families, work trips, bachelor/bachelorettes, golf groups and more! Guests have access to the entire property- the main house, as well as the guest house. Ample privacy, located at the end of the street in a cul-de-sac
Enjoy time in the living areas on the cozy sectionals, and plenty additional seating. Play some card games or enjoy drinks at the high top marble bar. Cook, or hire a private chef in the fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. The serene backyard offers a huge pool ( can be heated upon request), hot tub, sand volleyball, pickleball court, pool table, ping pong table, bag toss game, giant Jenga, gas BBQ grill, two firepits and very large gazebo with a comfy sectional, outdoor smart TV, and dining area. Two of the bedrooms also have a work station, with a desk and desk chair. A pack n play and highchair are provided for the little ones!
* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time according to policies.
**When you book the home, please note that an incidental security deposit is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the fee is $1,500 and for Arizona residents, it's $2,500. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid no later than 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental deposit will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.**
