This house has a private 2- car garage with porcelain tile flooring. Each bedroom has flat screen Smart TV mounted onto the wall and remote control. The family room has 56” flat screen Smart TV with cable as well. Entertainment system has a DVD/CD player. Wireless highspeed internet and WiFi available as well.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, blender & dishwasher.

All toilette seats have soft-close top. Please bring your own linen and paper products. We provide one complimentary roll of toilette paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towel for the kitchen.

This house is close to the board walk, the bay and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, bar & grill restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk.

There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit. VRBO will put a hold on your credit card First 50% of total is due at booking time , balance is due 45 days from check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are due in full at the time of signing the contract. We only rent to Families and group of adults over 25 years old..
