This home is spread over one level so there are no stairs, and it offers all quality furnishings. Dunbar Sands offers 3 spacious bedrooms, the main has a king size bed with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The second has a queen and the third has a king single bed. There is a main bathroom with a bath and all bedrooms have a wall mounted TV and ceiling fans.

Located only 1 street from Stockton Beach and offering a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area which opens out to an outdoor alfresco entertaining deck makes this the ideal family getaway or home away from home.

The kitchen features all modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, ceiling fans in the living area and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking with a double garage and off street parking with side access.

The property is only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the ferry straight across to the Newcastle CBD.
