Beautiful private space close to the highway (2 minutes from 401 Odessa), short drive to Kingston and Napanee, perfect for a short term stay. The house features 3 bedrooms on the main floor (with Queen mattresses, and 1 single) and 2 large bedrooms in the basement with King & double beds and lots of couches. Nicely updated and clean bathrooms are also equipment with towels and toiletries. The kitchen is also well equipped with coffee, plates, mugs, pots and pans. Parking for up to 6 vehicles.

This is such a great location, easy to find, only 2 minutes from the highway, very safe very quiet area.

What makes this property unique

We have a second driveway lane available, which makes it perfect for larger groups or boats. We have lots of great fishing minutes away! Boat launch on Bath Rd (10-15 minutes away).
