Beach house vibes plus sleep out for 2nd family or teenagers. Pet friendly.

This spacious home consists of 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6 and a great sleep out offering bedding for an additional 3 guests with a cosy ensuite. The main house has an open-plan living and dining area that opens out onto the sundeck, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach and enjoy a BBQ!

Pack a picnic, the backyard cricket set and the sunscreen and wander over to the beach for all-day sun, sand and sea - then come home and rinse off under the outdoor shower. Located near South end of the beach. Clean and equipped with all the homely comforts including WiFi (fibre), TV and board games - all the essentials for a chill stay close to the beach.

Fully fenced section with relaxing garden. Room to park boat or caravan. Single level.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval.
Smoking allowed outside only.

Perfection in Pauanui

Super easy to book, and check in. All the comforts we needed and a great indoor/outdoor flow with the deck and yard. Can be a bit hot in the evenings (typical nz summer) but the air conditioning in the house was great. The separate beds in the garage was a bit hotter without the air con but the fans provided helped a lot! Really close to the beach and short walk to the shops and all the amenaties you could need for a stay with o people! ,My family loved our stay here!
