Beautiful, Immaculate Bayside Home (CS0005)

Relax in this beautifully decorated, immaculate well-maintained home in a highly desired bayside area of Wellfleet. This ranch style home is a short distance to downtown, (.7 miles) the pier and Mayo Beach (.4 miles). From the front yard there is a peek of Wellfleet Harbor. The country kitchen has new appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the rooms. The living room has a large bay window which lets in an abundance of natural light with a view of the beautiful backyard. The dining area is also located in this large, spacious open area with a comfortable reading nook which allows you to unwind from a day at the beach. There is a full bath and a brand new 1/2 bath, and all three bedrooms are just off the large living room.

A door leads outside to a small private deck where you can relax and enjoy the lovely tree-lined backyard. Gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and outdoor seating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only has this home been beautifully renovated with a good layout, the owners have gone to great extent to anticipate your needs. Each bedroom accommodates two adults, which is unusual on the Cape (no bunk beds). New beach and bath towels are provided. This home is not full of cast-offs like so many rentals are. The location is fantastic, with walking distance to Mayo beach or the Bookstore or Mac's and the wharf area. It is also easy to get to Duck harbor, the ponds or the National Seashore. The kitchen is well apportioned with pots and pans and some other implements often missing from a rental kitchen. The huge sectional couch is also a plus. And because it has recently been renovated, there is absolutely no mustiness to the house. Just superb.

Lovely, well appointed cottage near Mayo beach, Powers Landing and the Pier. Easily bike-able to town. Home was recently renovated and spotless. Nice little back yeard with fire pit that abuts woods, nice mix of privacy and convenience.
