Ōmiha Oasis is a premium family holiday home with spectacular views and wonderful amenities set in the tranquil surroundings of Ōmiha (Rocky Bay), Waiheke Island.
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for up to 6 guests. There is a large open plan living area upstairs with a fantastic kitchen. Outside is a superb cedar spa pool, a flat lawn area for games and even a trampoline for the kids to enjoy.

Upstairs at Ōmiha Oasis consists of the state of the art kitchen, complete with Gaggenau appliances, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, bread maker, soda stream and all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery required to cook up a storm. Outside is a large gas barbecue, perfect for al fresco cooking in the warm summer months.
There is a large dining table comfortably seating up to six guests and in the open plan lounge area there are comfy counches, a smart TV and a woodburner to keep the place toasty warm when the nights get cooler.
This home is setup for family fun and there is a huge variety of games, puzzles and kid friendly activities on site.
At the front of the property on the upper level are glass sliding doors opening onto a spacious wooden deck, which can be accessed from the lounge and master bedroom. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset.
Also on the upper level is the master bedroom suite, with a king sized bed, large built in wardrobes, a private lounge area and truly breathtaking views over the ocean. Connected to the master suite is a magnificent master bathroom, with bathtub and walk-in shower pure luxury!
Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. One is complete with a split king configuration giving you the option to have a king bed or two singles and in the third adjoining room are two single beds. This room also has its own exterior entrance doors, making it possible to enter this room from the lower level. These two bedrooms are connected via a glass door, which has a roller blind for privacy. Please note that since the two downstairs bedrooms are adjoining, it is necessary to walk through bedroom 2 in order to access bedroom 3 and the downstairs bathroom.
The downstairs bathroom is a good family sized bathroom with shower and toilet and also has a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The outside area at Ōmiha Oasis is really special, with a bbq and dining area, terraced lawns and play areas, a spa pool and a trampoline. This is a great place to play family games, enjoy a meal together and relax whilst gazing at the incredible views.
The surrounding area of Ōmiha is a sanctuary of calm. Right on your doorstep are wonderful nature walks, playgrounds, free barbecues and plenty of rock pools and fishing spots to explore. There is even a great little caf in the Rocky Bay Hall that operates every Saturday and Sunday selling great coffee and pastries and regular evening musical concerts during the summer months a great way to meet the locals. Only a few minutes drive away will take you to the vineyards and breweries of the Onetangi Straight, the white sand beaches of Onetangi, Palm Beach and Oneroa a wonderful range of restaurants, bars and cafes scattered across the island.
