This beachfront community features a large, heated swimming pool, fitness rooms, bicycle racks, and a clubhouse with a catering kitchen perfect for get-togethers, all the basics for a complete vacation, and have a lot to do. Conveniently located across from the Centre Shops and just a short drive north to the famous Beer Can Island or drive south to St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota. The possibilities are endless!

Three-month minimum for booking in season and 30-day minimum off-season but perfect for an extended stay, no need to think more about it, this is the perfect property for your perfect vacations.

I was there on a business trip Easy access to be able to get on the beach good location I did not enjoy the four nights without the air conditioning, though other than that, it was fine
