Welcome to 82 The Boulevarde, Sandy Point! This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is situated on a generous 603 sqm2 block, this property offers ample space for cars, caravan or boat parking.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a newly renovated kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living and dining areas, creating a perfect space for guests to enjoy.

The property boasts a range of features designed to enhance your stay. You will be comfortable whatever season you stay with us with reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, wood heater, bore water and rain water tank connected. Allergy friendly hybrid flooring through out and the convenience of internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a queen size bed in each room. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double size on the bottom and single size on the top.

You will need to supply your own bed linen (sheets and pillow cases). We provide doonas and doona covers.

Step outside onto the front deck and enjoy the large front garden or the perfect outdoor entertaining area at the rear of the property.

Well behaved pets are very welcome! Our only ask is that you clean up after them.

Perfect house amazing location

House was clean, fresh and newly refurbished. It was adequately equipped and good sized rooms. Location was fantastic - close to the beach and the village centre.

Simply Stunning

My family and I stayed at this property for four days and it was phenomenal. We were welcomed with friendliness from the house managers, and we had nothing but pleasant memories for the entire stay of our trip. The house was clean. It was presented beautifully and it suited our family’s needs absolutely perfectly. I cannot stress how perfect this house is. It was absolutely lovely. The house is in perfect walking distance to the shops, the beach, the mini golf course, the tennis courts, the basketball courts and the two parks that were on offer to us. Our children had the most amazing time, and everything was family, friendly, and within walking distance. We brought our dog along with us and we had so much fun taking our dog to the dog beach that is located down the road each night for an evening walk. I cannot recommend this property enough I give this property 5 billion stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Thank you Paul and Vanessa for the memories.

Sandy point holiday break

We had a great stay. The house has been recently renovated so it was very clean & well- maintained. A nice relaxed place for our family to stay. The location was great, within walking distance of a beautiful surf beach for swimming, relaxing, long walks.
