This amazing Sunriver home now with a new AC system and hot tub is perfect for relaxing and gathering with friends and family, with a spacious layout, large deck, and thoughtful amenities. The home is thoughtfully equipped with 4 bikes to explore the endless bike paths Sunriver offers. Numerous windows allow ample Central Oregon sunlight to stream in, showcasing the light and bright interior, vaulted ceilings, and wooden accents. After a splash-tastic day at SHARC, unwind in the inviting living room with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a Smart TV. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped to prepare home-cooked meals, and the dining table is perfect for gathering together to recount the day’s adventures. There is also a large island with barstools to keep the cook company.

Prefer to dine outside? Fire up the grill and enjoy meals on the spacious deck surrounded by tall Ponderosa pines and clear skies. A lovely porch swing makes an inviting spot for a quiet cup of coffee or a sundown glass of wine. The property needs to be updated. Lots of stains everywhere. The inside is wore out and needs a remodel. Looked ok in the pictures but would never stay here again.

There should be improved service regarding household supplies, especially grill gas and dishwasher soap. In addition, it should be clearly stated that there is no hot tub on site.

Stay was great and the home is in a nice location. We were disappointed to find out the home doesn’t have a hot tub when it was clearly listed in the amenities. Also had a large deck but one small table and chairs for patio furniture. Besides that and the hot tub it’s a nice home

Money well spent

It felt luxurious. More than we imagined. Would be happy to do it again. Upstairs was a bit cold and thermostat seemed locked down to do much about it. Would be my only ask for improvement.

Terrible experience

We showed up to smelly garbage all over the garage floor. Trash inside as well. The upstairs bathroom smells like urine. The rugs in the bathroom also smelled of urine and the bedding smelled. So we did laundry to start the vacation. Floors are so dirty our socks were black. No extra sheets or towels. Doors and windows don’t shut properly. Either warped or wrong size. The dishes and pans were filthy. We washed pans by hand just cook. The stains on the couches and chairs are like a frat house. I’m embarrassed as a husband and father that I brought my family here. I owe them big time on our next vacation. The renting agency responded pretty quickly but nothing they can do.
