Main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and clothing rack, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and ceiling fan.
* Living area has comfortable furniture and a smart TV and split system heating and cooling
* Kitchen with oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge
* Ceiling fans and floorboards throughout, dining table for 4 people
* Main bathroom with shower, and toilet
* Large spacious front yard for the kids to play, outdoor seating from 4 and gas BBQ
* External laundry on back deck with washing machine and dryer
* 800 meters flat walk to the beach, parks, and caf s
