Spacious condo in a great spot!

We've stayed at Bonita before, and this condo was located in the perfect spot. We loved the stairs down to the pool. There was lots of room, and it had everything we needed. Pat was very responsive and helpful.

Anniversary Vacation

Pat was just a gem to work with. Since it was off season we were the only people in our bldg. had the pool & hot tub to ourselves. Close to everything. We drove to Miami Beach only took 2 hours. Did 2 airboat rides in the Everglades was just a 1 hour drive. Our favorite restaurant was Lenoi's Pizzeria which is kiddie corner, we got take-out 4 times. Loved the covered parking. The king bed was so comfortable. Extremely clean condo. I had been working for 3 weeks straight 10 hours a day. This was just what I needed to relax. We loved the area so much we have planned a family vacation for March 2021. :)

Nice location

Had a great experience in Bonita. We used to have family here and absolutely love the area. The condo had a very nice location with quick access to major roads (Bonita Beach Road, US 41, Vanderbilt, etc) and several beaches (Lovers Key, Vanderbilt, Barefoot, and Bonita Beach were all probably less than 5 minutes drive). I chose the two bedroom unit with twin beds in the spare room, so my kids didn't have to share. Bedding and linens were nice, but I would have expected to see towels and bath mats out. Furniture needs a bit of updating and there is some wear to the unit, but the overview of the 'quiet pool' and lagoon was nice. Our second floor unit also allowed us to take our private spiral staircase down to the ground level instead of walking out to the main area and through the garage (in order to access the pools). The main level covered garage parking was definitely an asset and fit our mid-size SUV rental without issue. We learned from other guests that there is a nice closet containing pool tools to use. The condo units were being painted while we were there, so there was a bit of disturbance with equipment, tarps, and temporarily closed garages, but, since our building was not yet being completed, we didn't have to deal with the mess directly. Lastly, there seemed to be missing furniture in the living room. There was a full size leather couch that sat against a wall, a nice TV (that we were able to transfer my Disney + movies to) and two wicker chairs... but there was nothing in the middle of everything and it made the space look strange. No coffee table, the wicker chairs were uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time, and the angle of the couch and TV really only allowed one person to sit on it when we watched movies.

Bonita Village rental

The overall experience was fine. If the apartment was exactly as advertised, it would have been terrific. All the bar stools & dining room chairs were ripped & worn. The coffee table was missing. 2 ceiling fans were not working, there was a problem with the cable TV & the towels were worn & stained. It took 2 weeks for the coffee table to arrive so there was no place to put a beverage down while watching TV in the evening for quite awhile. The worn furniture is supposedly going to be replaced. The manager did quickly have the fans repaired, have someone look at the TV’s & provided new towels. She also provided more dishes when requested & replaced the broken iron. The property is in a great location & the workout room & pools are very nice. Once the new furniture comes in… the apartment will be very worth the rental fee.

Quiet condo with beautiful pool

Me my husband, 15 year old son and 10 year old son stayed here for 5 days. The pools were quiet and perfect. There were days we had it to ourselves. The condo was spacious and everything we needed was close by.

Great Condo, Great Location and the Amazing Property Manager "Pat"

My family and I have been coming to Bonita every year for the past several years and we found this gem. This condo is centrally located to everything. The condo was clean and the whole property was very well kept and maintained. The pools were in great condition and the main pool has a cool waterfall. There are also hot tubs at each pool. Pat the super property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure dealing with her and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

2021 Mother's Day Vacation

Our unit at Bonita Village is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. Both pool areas are beautiful. The Groggy Frog was fun. Working with Pat Scott was a breeze. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our unit was not supposed to be available until 4:00, but we were able to check in early since we landed in the morning. We've been coming to the Bonita Springs/Naples area for 40+ years and this was truly one of the best vacations we have had!

Great place to stay

This condo was a great place for our family to stay. It was incredibly clean and in a good location to beach and other area activities. The condo has a nice view of the quiet pool, which we all really enjoyed. We really appreciated the ability to use the spiral staircase to just get down to the pool area. The condo was spacious and had a nice screened-in lanai. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable (including the two twins which our older children used). Pat and Sue made the whole process very seamless and answered any questions promptly. They included a great binder full of local resources and helpful information, which was really nice. The entire village property was very family-friendly, safe, and clean. We'll definitely come back to this spot.

Great Stay!

Just spent 10 days here. Beautiful facility and Pat and Sue both were great to work with. We stayed in building 9 which overlooked the quiet pool. The gym had adequate equipment and everything was really clean. Super close to both the beaches, restaurants, and golf. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that’s close to everything.

Loved the property

We loved our stay ! Condo was very clean and no bugs :) beds were Very comfortable and we loved that we could just throw our trash out the trash chute. We felt that the TVs were a nice size and we loved the pool area bonus two pools 👍everyone said they’ve been renting there or owned it for a while and everyone was extremely nice. We also like that we could park inside we felt that the Garage was a nice secure touch . I would definitely stay on this condo and I would stay in the community again. I feel if you wanted to cook every night they would need to update and add more utensils we did have to stop and get toilet paper, paper towel washing detergent. The other condos that we’ve stayed at before had extras this particular condo did not. That was our only negative that we did feel that we had to buy a few extra house old items and if you like to cook they are definitely going to have to add more to the kitchen .
