The home sits in a quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral, with the canal in full view from the pool area. It's a relaxing backdrop for morning coffee or evening dinners outside! The central Cape Coral location allows you to be just minutes from restaurants, shops, grocery, and nearby Fort Myers. Local beaches, nature parks, and Sunsplash water park are just a short drive away.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed, streaming TV, slider access to the lanai. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: Three twin beds
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination.

The comfortable living room features a large streaming TV and split floor plan. The dining area and breakfast bar are bathed in natural sunlight, with slider access straight out to the lanai and pool. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker and everything needed to cook everyday meals. High-speed internet is available throughout the house.

Step outside to a large lanai and a private, fenced backyard overlooking the canal, a secure space that's especially convenient for guests traveling with a pet. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip and outdoor dining and loungers make it easy to take in the waterfront views. The propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating is available for evening cookouts.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an small fee for extra guests.
- Please note that the pool is not heated.
- One small-to-medium dog is welcome with prior management approval and a non-refundable pet fee. No cats are permitted, and dogs are not allowed in the pool.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- The garage is not available for guest parking.
