Welcome to our fully furnished open planned style four bedroom holiday home includes premium linen and deluxe toiletries. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge room that opens up to the outdoor entertainment area. Our open plan lounge room has access to a home theatre system for relaxing movie date nights or watching your favourite sport team. Boutique stays are a rarity in Mount Duneed, and you won't find many at this price.

Our four-bedroom abode features main bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe with bedside tables and lamps with block out blinds for a restful sleep. Bedrooms two and three are fitted with queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a double bed.

The kitchen is furnished with top quality appliances and ample cookware for those home cooked meals. Enjoy the electric stove top for easy and convenient cleaning. The outdoor entertainment area is set with outdoor seating, and a BBQ for those afternoon dinner parties.

This modern, brand new build has everything a refined traveller might need, short driving distance to the beach, Waurn Ponds shopping centre, and Geelong City centre, making this home perfect for any type of traveller trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fabulous, the perfect home away from home. Spacious, clean and well planned. It had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen to comfy beds, great throw blankets, clear and precise instructions to operate items. All our needs were met, we wanted for nothing. We felt so comfortable staying here. A great quiet location within walking distance to shops, cafe/dining and a short drive to Torquay. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and huge house perfect for families

My family and I had the best time staying at Sally's place. The layout of the house meant there was plenty of space for everyone - the kids absolutely loved the cinema room! The location was perfect for us too. The Armstrong Creek shops and supermarket were walking distance away but we didn’t hear any traffic at all once inside. Beds were super comfortable and we all had really good sleeps from night 1. Thanks for having us, we'll be back for sure :)

Easter stay

Was great except that the outdoor area was dusty, spider web and dry leaves in the sitting area. knowing that people was doing on a specific date this could have been cleaned up.
