Enjoy the curated gardens inspired by Edna Walling (adb.anu.edu.au/biography/walling-edna-margaret-11946) featuring hydrangeas, azaleas, roses, proteas, waratahs, golden wattle and camelias. Feast on local organic produce and wines from the surrounding Seville, Wandin and the greater Yarra Valley (20 mins drive, tours available). Hand-feed Kookaburras, King Parrots, see the Rosellas, Lorikeets, Cockatoos, the resident Bowerbirds, the local Peacock and choose from several locations across the property to enjoy picnics, lunch and the gardens.
