Not so great - could use an update

In an attempt to give constructive feedback, this place could be nice but needs work. We didn't walk on the floors in our bare feet and we laughed that there was definitely no three-second rule if you dropped food on the floor. It just wasn't clean. You should go through this place with an objective eye and clean it top to bottom. Replace the carpet in the bedrooms - it's time. Wash out the cupboards and drawers.

Disappointing Stay: Unclean, Unexpected Charges, and Poor Maintenance

My recent stay at 'Habitat' -Premium Southbank Apartment was very disappointing. The place was nothing like what was advertised on the website. Upon arrival, I noticed the floors were extremely dirty, with visible dirt and stains, indicating that proper cleaning had not been done. To make matters worse, I found hair on the bed, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable. The bathroom had a broken mirror crudely patched up with masking tape, which looked unprofessional and unsafe.Additionally, I was shocked to be charged a surprise 500 holding deposit not listed anywhere on the booking site. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency were far below expectations.
