This home boasts a mahogany library, cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling wood windows that showcase the incredible rolling vineyard views. Watch the sun set over the vineyards and Black Mountain in the distance. This home sits in the middle of an 18 acre parcel with beautiful oak trees and redwoods. Vegetable garden beds planted with herbs and fruits .. ready for you to enjoy.

But if cooking is not in your plans don't worry. There are world class restaurants within minutes. The hamlet of Graton has Underwood bar & bistro, Willow wood (best brunch in Sonoma county . Pascaline french bakery is only 3 minutes away. Downtown Sebastopol has the hip Barlow area with numerous restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shops. And world class destinattion town of Healdsburg is only 15 minutes away thru picturesque Eastside road.

Drive down the Russian River to the coast, only 1/2 hours drive.

Enjoy local golf, tennis, world-class biking and hiking. Visit Armstrong Woods and see massive Redwoods, only 20 minutes away.

Fantastic spot near Sebastopol

We had an amazing experience at Eliana's tennis paradise. It was a perfect location for the two families (including three kids) to explore the property and surrounding areas. We made quick trips into town for groceries, and the house kitchen was already well-stocked with anything you might need. The firepit on a summer evening was amazing, and our kids loved feeding the horse and pony! Eliana was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Five stars! We'll be back :)

Exceptional Property And Location

Our family of 6 (plus 1 baby) spent Memorial Day Weekend at this lovely rental house in the Sonoma wine country. The beds are very comfortable with gorgeous linens, the kitchen fully stocked with top of the line appliances (including 2 dishwashers), spacious living and dining rooms, and a beautiful library with an awesome massage chair. The grounds are expansive with 2 tennis courts, a gym inside the barn along with a ping pong table, and a fire pit with seating area. There are numerous wineries within 10 - 15 minute drive, and Healdsburg is only 25 minutes away. Although we ate most of our meals at the house, there are many restaurants nearby including a new brew pub in New Windsor. Eliana, our gracious host, was so accommodating to our every need. We would love to return next year, and I strongly recommend this very special rental house for a unique family reunion or a couples retreat.

a little bit of heaven…..

beautiful, very spacious, clean home with a killer kitchen that had all the bells & whistles, pots, pans, etc. very comfortable beds, lots of windows & very peaceful quiet setting - and a 85” Sony TV that provided some great movie time. We had a great time & truly caught up on our rest & relaxation quotient. The host/owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts attentive to any and all of our needs. House and grounds well maintained. It did not hurt that we also had perfect weather for our tennis and biking trip. Very close to multiple great villages for dining,etc... We would for sure return here if staying in the wine country again.

This property is quite impressive. Beautiful, updated home with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, a porch overlooking vineyards, and great location near everything Russian River Valley has to offer. The house aside, the property has two well maintained tennis courts for use. Furthermore, there’s a barn that’s been converted to a gym and hang-out area. The amenities are impressive to say the least. Last, Eliana is a very gracious host who made sure we had everything we need. Would absolutely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

Gorgeous home in a gorgeous setting!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. It had plenty of space for all of us. Loved cooking in the kitchen. Outdoor BBQ was great to have, too. There was a tv in just about every room and every room was so cozy. Enjoyed the massage chair and playing tennis on the wonderful private tennis court. The owners are super friendly!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting the wine country.

Wine country luxury

The house is beautiful, modern, spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The house is very big with room for people to spread out- watching a movie on the comfy sofa while another group is playing a board game in the kitchen, someone in the massage chair (favorite spot of everyone!), someone upstairs sleeping. Location is ideal, close enough to town and restaurants but feels like a retreat on the property. The hosts were very friendly and stopped by to make sure everything was fine. Wish we had more time to stay!

Beautiful property and perfectly comfortable house

We were delighted at how easy it was to work with the owner and how responsive she was to our questions. The house is very well appointed and clean with plenty of space inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in most nights. We very much enjoyed sitting on the beautiful deck at dusk and enjoying the beautiful yard! We will be back!

Best vacation home we've ever stayed at...we'll be back!

Look no further, you will be so happy staying here. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the home is gorgeous. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. Outdoor grill and patio is wonderful for meals throughout the day (not too hot or too windy), and sunsets over the vineyard were beautiful.

The swimming pool and guest house are also on the upcoming projects ... a beautiful farm with lots of flowers to complement it all ...
