The apartment was very clean and quiet. Well appointed and Situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, For those not familiar, Hyde Park and Bayshore Road, are the most beautiful areas in the Tampa area. You are steps away from Bayshore Rd and only a few minutes walk to Hyde Park. No complaints. Would love to stay the again.

Rationing

First the dryer was not working so I was given a rack to dry clothes and offered $50 rebate. Then the washing machine burned out. Had to ask for toilet paper and trash bag. No frying pan so I bought my own
