Negril Beach Villa - you can't buy love, but you can rent paradise!

Be it ever so humble, there's no place like a villa on Negril Beach. Nothing else even comes close. Happily, here it is, friendly staff and all. A slice of Eden ensconced on one and a half lushly landscaped acres with 400 feet of pristine white sandy beach.

In this Spanish-style villa on Jamaica's world-renowned Negril Beach, you'll probably elect to occupy the upstairs master bedroom and separate dressing room. Very nice.

As for your companions, they'll reside in the other luxurious upstairs bedroom or the downstairs bedroom, opening on to the veranda. (Of course all villa bedrooms enjoy a glorious view of the sky blue ocean.)

You'll relax in the balm of the evening, together, on the ocean veranda and, if you wish to dine Al-fresco, you'll forgo the dining room for the adjoining outdoor dining area.

As befits this idyllic dream-life, the separate staff quarters houses a full contingent of exceptionally nice people: you'll have your own cook/housekeeper, an expert gardener, and, of course, 24-hour security. It's all included.

We stayed at Negril Beach Villa and had a great experience. The villa is perfectly located right on the beach, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication was easy, and everything was ready for our arrival. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely book again for a longer visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Negril Beach Villa with our family and young children. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, with easy beach access that made it simple to relax while the kids played.The staff were warm and welcoming, especially with the children, and the meals were delicious and accommodating. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a laid-back family getaway. We made great memories and would happily return

Great place to stay in Negril!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The chef's meals were better than most restaurants. The home is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. The staff are amazing. I simply can't say enough about how well they took care of us. Kenya is the best cook on the island and the house is kept immaculately clean. The home itself is older but it is quiet and you will have the property all to yourselves. There's no better location on 7 mile beach.

Home away from home

If you are thinking of booking here click book! Our family of five (2 adults and our children 15, 13, 11) had an amazing time!! The house offered great sleeping arrangements with space to spare. The beds were so comfortable and having three bathrooms was so nice. Words cannot describe the staff. Kenya became more than a friend and made our trip memorable. The food was delicious and we felt so loved. We discussed a menu for our arrival and had groceries delivered without a hitch. After that we worked with Kenya for meals; she was so flexible and every dish was better than the last. The grocery store is easily accessible by a walk down the beach and a quick cab ride home. Mac did a wonderful job with the grounds. He had the kayaks pumped up and ready for our arrival. There were five beach chairs set up on the beach and at the pool, as well as 5 thoughtfully placed seashells on the wall of the patio. He introduced us to the locals on the beach and made us feel right at home. Having 24 hour security gave an extra piece of mind. They were kind and checked in when we came and went from the property. The location is AMAZING!! You are literally in the center of 7mile beach at the only single family beach home. Such a treasure we were so happy to have found.

We arrive post hurricane Beryl. The island and its residents and guests were recovering from a strong storm. The power was not available unless you were fortunate enough to have a generator, and there was significant damage and debris. Despite the wrath of Mother Nature, the beauty of Jamaica and the people shined. We were met by the most incredible staff who made everything amazing and worked diligently through any obstacles that came up. Kenya is amazing and is one of the best chefs I know. Security was top notch and Tracy made us feel very safe and at home. Joyce was meticulous with her cleaning and the villa remained immaculate. Our grounds keeper Mark was always on top of keeping things working. I can’t thank our friend Kenya enough she stepped in and really made us comfortable. I have a whole new family now. Zein was so so helpful with keeping me informed about the situation even before we arrived and allowed us to adjust our dates. She was amazing and the communication was second to none. We had an amazing time and I would recommend the property and the staff with no hesitation.
