This stylish apartment unit has an executive feel but is also family friendly. It boasts ample living space for a 2 bedroom unit. 3 mins walk to the Canning river, bike rides, quiet walks or jogs along the river are a stone's throw away. Fremantle is less than 10 mins drive or the bus stop is right at your door step. Perth city is 15 mins by bus and car, or 25 mins via 1 bus and 2 train stops. The huge Garden city shopping mall is 5 mins drive or only a few bus stops away.

We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.

A modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment boasting plenty of light awaits you and your family/friends. Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a walk in robe with an en-suite. Second bedroom has 1 Queen bed. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook a feast. Soak up the sunshine in the alfresco dining and enjoy your coffee or wine. Complimentary coffee capsules are provided to use in the Nespresso machine.

Our home in Attadale is perfectly positioned on one of Perth’s most convenient transport spines. You are exactly halfway between the historic port city of Fremantle and the Perth CBD, making it an ideal base for exploring both.

By Bus (The High-Frequency "910")
The 910 Route: You are just a minute’s walk from the stops for the 910 bus, which is a high-frequency service running approximately every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

To Fremantle: Head west on the 910 to reach the heart of Fremantle (and the Rottnest Island ferry terminal) in about 15 minutes.

To the City: Head east on the 910 for a direct route to Elizabeth Quay and the Perth CBD (approx. 35–40 minutes).

Pro-Tip: If you're in a hurry to get to the city, take the bus to Canning Bridge Station (10 mins) and hop on the Mandurah Line train—you'll be in the city in under 8 minutes from there!

The front building of this complex is commercial/office space. Please do not wander around that area or park on the left side (when facing the apt) as it belongs to commercial parking.

Please note that a long-stay cleaning fee of $250 is applied instead of the standard fee for stays longer than 21 days.

Excellent apt. It has everything you need

This apt has everything you need. It’s a great place for 4 persons and supermarket is just 5 min drive away. This apt is so convenient and close to Fremantle and Perth city. A plus point is that security to the apt is very tight.

Very Secure and Very Comfortable

This is a beautifully maintained (very clean) Apartment that was close to my (temporary Project) work. The check-in & check-out processes were easy, and this large Apartment has everything that you could possibly require. The relaxing balcony faces the late afternoon sun, so it was nice to sit back there with a beverage and enjoy the sunset after a day's work. The Apartment is situated right near the Swan River that has nice walking tracks along the riverbank too. This place is highly recommended, ...so much so that I have re-booked for later in the month. 10 out of 10.

Nice apartment

This is a well equipped and comfortable property. The bedrooms are a good size, and 2 bathrooms is nice. Simple, but more than adequate kitchen, dining and living spaces. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The location is basically in the middle of Fremantle and the CBD, which is good, but the Canning Highway is typically very busy, so if trying to head towards Fremantle, getting across the road is difficult...something i noticed in general about Perth traffic.The only real concern i had is that after making a non-refundable payment, i was then presented with some additional house policies that i had to accept. They weren't onerous, but i expect all policies and rental agreements to be presented prior to payment.
